The base has standardized production workshops, scientifically divided into six functional areas: CNC cutting area, laser welding area, dust-free baking paint room, luminous character assembly area, screen printing processing area, and finished product testing area. It achieves full process coverage of identification manufacturing and can simultaneously meet the production needs of large commercial complexes, real estate projects, chain brands, and other multi category, large-scale orders.

The base continues to introduce advanced production equipment from home and abroad, including high-precision CNC plasma cutting machines, fiber laser cutting machines, fully automatic CNC bending machines, laser welding machines, dust-free constant temperature baking paint equipment, LED aging testing benches, etc., replacing traditional manual operations with intelligent equipment, greatly improving production efficiency and product accuracy. 1. During the warranty period, the after-sales service team will conduct a quarterly phone or online follow-up to understand the usage status, luminous effect, and operation of the labeled products, guide customers on the correct daily cleaning and maintenance methods, and help customers promptly identify potential hazards.
2. After receiving the customer's repair notification, the service department will respond within 20 minutes and provide technical guidance through phone, video, or online means to assist the customer in determining the cause of the problem; For remotely solvable problems, immediately provide operational solutions; For parts that need to be returned to the factory for repair, our company will bear the round-trip shipping cost, and the repair cycle generally does not exceed 15 working days. In special circumstances, we will negotiate with the customer to determine. All repair parts come with an additional 6-month warranty period.
3. Under normal usage conditions, if the damage is caused by product quality issues (non-human factors) during the warranty period, our company is responsible for free repair or replacement of damaged parts. The repair costs, accessory costs, and round-trip shipping costs incurred will be borne by our company.
4. For product damage caused by human factors or unexpected situations, our company also provides original parts and repair services, charging only material costs and providing detailed installation and replacement guidance to ensure that customers can restore the product to normal use at the lowest cost.
5.When excessive damage makes it impossible to repair, our company will immediately arrange for replacement parts to be sent out as soon as possible to ensure that the customer identification system returns to normal operation as soon as possible and the brand display is not affected; At the same time, provide full video guidance for replacement and installation to ensure the overall quality of the product.
6. During the warranty period, customers can call the service hotline or contact online customer service at any time. Professional after-sales service personnel will respond promptly, providing telephone guidance, video assistance, or remote technical support to ensure that problems are promptly and properly handled.
7. After the warranty period expires, our company will continue to provide effective and timely tracking services, offering discounted prices for parts replacement, technical consultation, upgrade and renovation guidance, etc., to ensure that customers' labeled products remain in good condition for a long time.
